Why is my Survey123 Desktop Application NOT sending my survey, or failed to send?

This could mean that the user has not yet selected the “update banner” before beginning a survey. If this is happening, follow the steps below.

1.       Back out of the survey or pop up without opening the survey if possible

2.       Go through the update procedure

3.       Access the sent folder

4.       Open the survey

5.       Edit and resend

6.       If 1-5 fails, re-enter the survey

7.       If none of this works, contact IT for assistance.
