What is going to happen if I did not update my Survey123?

Generally, even when your Survey123 Desktop application is not updated it will send to the database. There are some situations where the Survey will not send to the database, and be saved in your outbox. Not to worry! It can still be edited and sent from there too. If this happens, follow these steps to ensure your data is sent:

1.       Check to see if there is an outbox that shows up next to your inbox, and sent folders.

2.       If there is, update the survey by closing the app and reopening it again.

a.       Click the update banner and update.

3.       Go back the outbox, open it and “Send All”. If it fails again, contact IT.

If the data sent to database, but you needed to change your entry because a new choice was added, (like a new subdivision or client)

1.       Access the update banner and select the update circle

2.       Access the Survey in question

3.       Access the SENT box

4.       Reopen your survey

5.       Make edits

6.       Send now.
