Oce 365 Not working In Autocad
Issue:
When plotting to the OCE plotter, the plot size is not the correct size specified in the PLOT set up and/or the page has been rotated.
Causes:
- A preset default paper size in the OCE plotter is over writing the PLOT size selected in AutoCAD.
- A preset default rotation in the OCE plotter is over writing the PLOT size selection in AutoCAD.
- There is a special character in the paper size name selected.
Solution:
Try one or more of the following steps to fix your issue:
- To change the OCE plotter preset settings:
- Go to the Windows Start menu.
- Go to Settings, then Devices, then Printers and Scanners.
- Select the plotter the desired plotter and select Manage.
- Select Printer Properties, then select Preferences, then select the 'Settings' tab and in the 'Predefined' select 'Manage' and make sure the appropriate paper sizes are selected for the plotter to see.
- Or select the desired paper size as a default, or select 'auto select' or select 'Reset' do the same steps for paper rotation.

- Create or change the name of the paper size to take out special characters:
- Go to the Windows Start menu.
- Go to Settings, then Devices, then Printers and Scanners.
- Select the desired printer then select Manage.
- In the dialog box that appears, click Printing Preferences.
- On the 'Paper/Quality' tab, under 'Print Quality', select Custom Options.
- Under 'Paper Options' either select the paper size and edit the name or, select Custom to create a new custom paper size and enter the appropriate width and height.
- Give the new page size such as D 24x36.
- Click the Save button.
- Click the OK button when finished.
- Plot to PDF:
- Type on the command line PLOT or click on the Autocad logo and go to Plot.
- In the 'Plot' dialog box, under Printer/Plotter, in the Name box, select the most appropriate AutoCAD PDF plotter configuration (PC3 file) for your requirement.
- Select paper size, plot area, plot scale, orientation, and other options.
- Click OK.
- In the 'Browse for Plot File' dialog box, select a location and enter a file name for the PDF file.
- Click Save.
Note: The system ships with several AutoCAD PDF PC3 files that are preset to generate PDF files customized for the purpose identified by the PC3 file name. For example, the AutoCAD PDF (Web and Mobile) PC3 file produces PDF files optimized for viewing on mobile devices and Web browsers.
